Administrators have full system access including designer and team management. These users have the highest access rights and should be limited to only a select few within an organization. Admin pricing is a flat monthly fee per user.
Collaborators can report as well as manage reports and action items of other users in the system. This role is usually assigned to managers or supervisors who are involved in the organization’s business processes. Collaborator pricing is a flat monthly fee per user.
Reporters have the lowest permission level within the system. A reporter can submit new reports and access/view their own reports and action items. Reporters cannot see the data of other users within the system. Reporter pricing scales with the number of form templates each reporter can use.
Station User accounts are assigned to specific devices/computers within a facility, allowing multiple users to report from one location without needing multiple log-ins. Station pricing also scales with the number of form templates available on that station.
Reporter and station seats are licensed per form template. If you have 10 reporters and 3 form templates, you pay for 10 × 3 reporter licenses. Admins and collaborators are flat per user and do not multiply by form count.
