    • Specific pricing details are not publicly available and may vary. However, pricing on the Salesforce (2) website for service cloud platform access starts at $25/user/month and goes as high as $550/user/month, depending on the feature set selected (at time of writing).
  • Oracle Utilities Work Scheduling
    • Part of Oracle’s specialized suite for utilities, Oracle Utilities Work Scheduling (OUWS) focuses on scheduling and dispatching maintenance and capital work in utility field environments. It integrates closely with Oracle’s Work and Asset Management tools.
    • According to Oracle’s published Fusion Cloud Service Global Price List (3), pricing starts at $150 per month and $200 per unit.
