What is an administrator?
Administrators have full system access including designer and team management. These users have the highest access rights and should be limited to only a select few within an organization
What is a collaborator?
Collaborators can report as well as manage reports and action items of other users in the system. This role is usually assigned to managers or supervisors who are involved in the organization's business processes.
What is a reporter?
Reporters have the lowest permission level within the system. A reporter has the ability to submit new reports and access/view their own reports and action items. Reporters cannot see the data of other users within the system.
What is a station user?
Station User accounts are assigned to specific devices/computers within a facility, allowing multiple users to report from one location without needing multiple log-ins. This type of account should be used if user traceability is less important, as only one login will be used for all reports submitted.
